Mr. Gas Pipe started The GAS PIPE on about 4/20/1970. Having survived Viet Nam, it became his sworn duty to provide his fellow countrymen (and folks in the city, too) with the best Smoke & Gift & Party Goods possible.

The first location was pretty much on his aching back, as he walked through the crowds at the Lewisville Pop Festival, dealing his goods and grooving on the sounds and sights.

His first shop was in Dallas, where there were exposed gas pipes running across the bare ceiling -- thus, The GAS PIPE. (G.A.S. are also the initials of someone very special to us all, who happens to like pipes a lot.)

As the smoky river of time progresses, The GAS PIPE has grown from one to eight locations. How? With a fantastic team dedicated to serving phenomenal customers only the highest quality products at the lowest possible prices. Why? Because Mr. Gas Pipe is on a mission to turn you on!
